Monday - Wednesday: 11am - 6pm
Average Sharpening Time
Most orders are done within 20-30 minutes (for an average-sized kitchen block of knives + a few assorted items). We also allow you to drop off your order at our storefront and pick it up later in the week or at your earliest convenience.
Best Ways To Transport Your Knives
The following methods are easy & safe ways to transport your knives:
- wrapped in a dish towel or newspaper
- placed in an appropriately sized box or tuperware container
- placed in a paper grocery bag or a reusable grocery bag (taking care to not have any knives poking through the sides)
Mobile Sharpening Minimum Order Size
True Sharp's minimum order size to schedule a mobile sharpening appointment is $25. All orders that are under our minimum will be rounded up to $25 + applicable mobile fees.
Mobile Fee
Mobile fees are calculated based on the distance of your location from our storefront.
- 1-10 miles = $10 mobile fee
- 11-25 miles = $15 mobile fee
- 25+ miles = $20 mobile fee
There is no mobile fee on orders of $50 or more so invite your friends, family and neighbors to help meet that minimum and save yourself some money!
